TechInAfrica – An entrepreneurship challenge, which is known as Afro-Students Biz Challenge is calling for new applicants to seek out potential entrepreneurs from high schools and universities across the continent.

African student entrepreneurs are encouraged to promote their business models as well as community service projects. As the rewards, they will have a chance to win financial funding to further develop their business models into reality. The main condition for the ideas and projects is that they must have the potential to address one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The selected teams will be invited to partake in the annual Afro-Students Entrepreneurship Education Summit and pitch their ideas and projects in front of a panel of juries. The juries will decide who will be the winners with the most innovative, creative, and impactful ideas or business models.

To participate in the challenge, you have to form into a team consist of a minimum of 5 persons with a maximum age of 25 years old. However, for university students, you are allowed to participate as individuals.
