Aubameyang is a name synonymous with Gabonese football for decades.

Football blood runs deep in this family and their success and contribution to the national team cannot be gainsaid.

This is the family of Gabonese legend Pierre-François Aubameyang, and his three sons who have gone on to become top professional footballers. As they say, “the apple does not fall far from the tree”.

In 1996, Aubameyang crossed the Atlantic to land in Colombia where he joined Atlético Junior for a brief stay for just a few months before making the trip back to Europe and setting his foot in Italy playing for Triestina from 1996-1997.
